Terms & Conditions: I, the undersigned, hereby declare that I wish to obtain an internet MasterCard Websurfer account issued by the issuing entity, subject to all the applicable Lebanese laws and to the following terms and conditions: 1. The account is valid only for use on the internet and no embossed card shall be issued to the cardholder. A reference device, containing the account number, expiration date, CVC2 and the issuer name shall be delivered to the cardholder either physically or via e-mail. 2. The account is a prepaid account with no additional credit facilities being granted on it. The original amount shall be deposited by the cardholder into the account at the issuing entity, and shall be depleted by the transactions posted on, and charged to, the account. 3. The cardholder shall be fully responsible for any and all transactions on the account, whether authorized by the cardholder or not. The cardholder shall have no recourse or charge back right regarding disputed transactions appearing on the account, even if not authorized by the cardholder. 4. The cardholder shall not receive a statement at the end of the month, but, if the cardholder so wishes then, by logging onto the relevant site, the cardholder may review his account summary and may request statement. 5. The reference device and the account remain the property of the issuing entity which reserves to itself the right to withdraw or cancel it at any moment, or not to renew it, with no obligation to indicate or justify the move 6. Upon the expiration date indicated on the reference device, the account shall be automatically renewed for an additional year and the subsequent fees then in force shall be automatically charged on the account unless the cardholder notifies the issuing entity on the contrary, at least one month prior to the expiration date. 7. The account will normally be accepted by all internet sites displaying the MasterCard logo and accepting international cards for payments of their goods or services. However, in the event that the account is not honored or accepted by an internet site for any reason whatsoever, neither the issuing entity nor its agents or subcontractors shall incur any liability or be held responsible to the cardholder on the internet merchant or site provider in connection therewith. 8. The issuing entity reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. The cardholder shall be notified accordingly. Continued use of the card constitutes acceptance by the cardholder of such amendments. 9. The terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws and conditions of the Republic of Lebanon. The courts of Beirut shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all disputes which might arise between the issuing entity and the cardholder even in the event of disputes concerning obligations incurred or contracted abroad
